Top-ups are available to active subscribers. Credit packs are non-refundable. Subscription credits roll over monthly, capped at: Starter 100 · Pro 250 · Studio 500. Pack credits are separate and do not count toward this cap. When upgrading tiers, 75% of remaining credits convert to the new tier to reflect the higher-quality AI models and additional features. Downgrading does not convert credits — they remain at your original tier until used.
