Refund Policy

Pinstark offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • You have not exceeded normal trial usage (defined as no more than 10 pin pack generations within the 7-day window)
  • This is your first refund request for any Pinstark plan

Refunds are not available for:

  • Renewals after the first 7-day window (only the initial purchase qualifies)
  • Credit top-up packs (these are non-refundable due to the immediate consumable nature)
  • Accounts terminated for material violation of Terms of Service
  • Refund requests submitted after 7 days from initial purchase

2. How to Request a Refund

Email support@pinstark.com with the following:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your subscription tier (Starter, Pro, or Studio)
  • The date of your initial purchase
  • A brief reason for the refund (not required but helpful)

We will process eligible refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used.

3. Cancellation vs Refund

Canceling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period. If you want both to cancel and to receive a refund, mention this clearly in your refund request.

4. Annual Subscription Refunds

If you purchased an annual subscription and request a refund within 7 days of purchase, you receive a full refund. Refunds requested after 7 days for annual subscriptions are not eligible under this policy.

5. Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing dispute, contact us at support@pinstark.com before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.
